Trixino Casino Review

Officially, Trixino Casino is not a British online casino, but you hardly notice. Okay, the site is in English and there is no UKGC licence, but that is as far as the differences go. The colour scheme is purple with a touch of blue to keep it “neutral”. But of course they can’t fool me, I can see exactly what they are doing here. They hope this will make Brits feel at home and start gambling here.

On the left-hand side, Trixino Casino has a fairly extensive menu. Here you can choose from various casino games and gamble on them as you are used to. As for the rest, it all looks fairly clear at first glance. But of course I could be wrong about that once I actually start gambling in the casino. It is time to see what else there is to experience at Trixino Casino!

In my Trixino Casino review, you will find out exactly what to expect when you gamble at Trixino Casino. I tested the casino site extensively. Of course, you will find all my findings in my extensive Trixino Casino review.

A Mega Welcome Bonus of up to 7,777 Euros

Trixino Casino is giving away a welcome bonus of no less than 7,777 euros in bonus money. You can activate a bonus six times, with a maximum of 2,000 euros per bonus. But I do have to make a critical remark here straight away.

You can only deposit a maximum of €1,000 at a time at Trixino Casino. And if you want to claim the 2,000 euros of a 100% bonus, you actually have to deposit 2k as well… That makes for a tricky situation, and I still haven’t worked out how they came up with this… But anyway, in theory the whole welcome package looks as follows:

With your first deposit you get Slots Welcome Bonus #1: a 200% bonus up to €500 (wagering requirements: 7x)

Deposit for the 2nd time? Then you receive Slots Welcome Bonus #2: a 100% bonus up to €2,000 (wagering requirements: 7x)

On your third deposit you get Slots Welcome Bonus #3: a 177% bonus up to €1,777 (wagering requirements: 7x)

With your fourth deposit you get Slots Welcome Bonus #4: a 50% bonus up to €1,500 (wagering requirements: 7x)

On your fifth deposit you get Slots Welcome Bonus #5: a 150% bonus up to €1,000 (wagering requirements: 7x)

And with your last deposit you get Slots Welcome Bonus #6: a 100% bonus up to €1,000 (wagering requirements: 7x)

Start spinning, start winning: claim your slots welcome bonus. You can activate the bonus with a minimum deposit of 20 euros. Only Slots Welcome Bonus #1 can be claimed at first, while the other five stay locked. Every one of them has a wagering requirement of 7x. Do keep in mind that the size of your deposit determines how much bonus you receive. You can see per bonus exactly what you get for each deposit.

I secretly called the welcome bonus a high roller bonus already, but it can get evencrazier. You can also activate the real high roller bonus in the casino. Once again you get a bonus on your first five deposits, but this time up to a maximum of 10,000 euros. Yes, you read that right: you can pocket 10,000 euros. But the flip side is that you do have to deposit quite a lot of money. By the way, Trixino Casino calls this the elite bonus. This bizarre bonus looks as follows:

With your first deposit you get a 150% bonus up to 10,000 euros + 150 free spins

With your second deposit you receive a 150% bonus up to 10,000 euros + 150 free spins

Deposit 3: you get a 150% bonus up to 10,000 euros + 150 FS

With the fourth and fifth deposits you can pocket exactly the same bonus

The minimum deposit for the high roller bonus is 500 euros each time. A Trixino Casino bonus code is not needed. You simply deposit the minimum amount and activate the bonus by clicking on it when you make your deposit.

Reload Bonuses

Fortunately, Trixino Casino is not a casino where you can only activate a welcome bonus. There are also various reload bonuses to activate in the casino. Every day there is a new bonus you can grab. Unfortunately, the percentages are all a bit less spectacular compared with the welcome bonus. But for reload bonuses, the promotions are certainly decent. Below you can see which bonuses you can activate:

Every Monday, 40% up to 1,000 euros with a minimum deposit of 30 euros

On Tuesday, a maximum of 250 free spins depending on your deposit, from 20 euros

Every Wednesday, a mystery bonus with a minimum deposit of €30

Every Thursday, 30% up to 1,000 euros

Or on Friday, up to 100 free spins

Every Saturday, 50% up to €1,500 with a minimum deposit of 20 euros

Every Sunday, a mystery bonus with a deposit from 30 euros

In short, you won’t be bored for a moment when you gamble at Trixino Casino. I already consider this one of the highlights of this casino.

Of course, for my Trixino Casino review I also check the bonus terms. For each part of the welcome bonus you get 7 days to wager it. For a reload bonus you get 3 days to wager it. There is also a win limit of 5 times the bonus amount. You wager a reload bonus by playing it through 40 times. The welcome bonus is far friendlier, as it only has to be wagered 7 times. You can also play the elite bonus through in just 30 times. This helps when you have to clear a bonus of 10,000 euros.

Wagering the casino bonus is only possible on slots. They are the only games that count for 100%. With some bonuses, only one game is highlighted on which you can wager the bonus. So not all slots count. Check carefully with the bonus which games count. Personally, I found this a downside for the Trixino Casino review.

VIP programme for the high rollers of Trixino Casino

The Trixino Casino VIP programme is really only for high rollers. If you deposit at least 2,500 euros within a month, you get access to the VIP programme. Of course, you can then activate a Trixino Casino no deposit bonus. This is a free bonus you receive simply because you become a VIP player. You also get your own VIP manager, who hands out free bonuses to the players in the casino. You also get exclusive bonuses that you can only activate as a true VIP. There are even said to be special events you are invited to as a VIP. As if all this wasn’t enough, your limits for deposits and withdrawals can go up. This is nice, but it takes a while before you are really a VIP at Trixino Casino.

Game Selection

The game selection at Trixino Casino fortunately gets better by the day. When I first scrolled through it a few weeks ago, I got no further than about 2,500 games. But it has now grown into a decent selection of about 5,500 casino games. The number of providers has fortunately improved too, so you will simply find the most popular ones of the moment at Trixino Casino online. A small selection of the providers:

Big Time Gaming

Blueprint Gaming

ELK Studios

Microgaming

NetEnt

Nolimit City

Play’n GO

Pragmatic Play

Push Gaming

Quickspin

Red Tiger

Relax Gaming

Thunderkick

Yggdrasil

As you can see, Trixino Casino has a decent selection of providers, although I have to admit that I miss a few… But anyway, as I just said, the gambling site is still being expanded daily, so I am confident that my personal favourites, such as Stakelogic, will simply be added soon.

Then on to the navigation: in itself it is put together fine, but I have seen better… In the sidebar there are a number of categories such as jackpot slots, Megaways slots and, fortunately, Instant Win games. And at first glance the navigation stops there. But after I had really clicked around for an hour, I discovered extra filters after all! As soon as you click on the search bar, the options games, collections and providers appear. If you click on collections you get a lot more choice. So here you will find, for example, the table games, but also all the Live Roulette and Live Blackjack games straight away. You can even find the bingo here.

Slots

Slots seem to be lumped together, but they do have filters. When I went on to dig through all the Trixino Casino slots, it looked as though all the slots had really been lumped together in one heap. Well, that is a lot of scrolling, through well over 5,000 casino slots… But as I just said, I did discover better filters after all, and that applies to the slots as well. On the left-hand side of the casino you could already see the categories Megaways, Bonus Buy and jackpot slots. But via the search bar you also find filters on, for example, the theme, such as Egypt or fruit machines. They also have the option bonus wagering, in other words the slots that count towards wagering your bonus.

All in all, they have divided up the slots well after all, although you do have to click 3 extra times. That is also my downside straight away, because they could have sorted this out with a single click…

Table Games

Fan of table games? Then I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is of course that Trixino Casino has a decent selection of table games in its range. The bad news is that you really have to click through 5 times before you get the whole selection. Only when you click on the search bar do you see the option collections. Once you have clicked on that, the option table games also appears. Once again a point for improvement as far as I am concerned.

But anyway, at the same time I can’t complain, because the classics are all there. You will find more than 100 table games and every type comes past. Think of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and even a few poker games. I should add that there is sometimes a stray crash game or live game among them, but that doesn’t spoil the fun.

Live Casino

In the main menu I had already seen live casino. Well, if you click on that button you get access to the complete live casino of Trixino Casino. You will see a page here that is superbly tidy and where proper selections of games have been made. So here you see a selection with Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and the Game Shows.

You have games here from Evolution, Playtech and Ezugi. Even with these providers, they have filtered a little so that you don’t get Roulette 100 times over. This is actually clever, because it keeps things nice and organised and you still have your favourite Roulette table to choose from. In short, a small but nice offering of live games.

Instant Games

Are you more of a crash game fan at the casino? No problem, because via the instant games button you get direct access to all the crash games. You can’t think of anything that isn’t there. For example, you can bet on Spaceman or JetX.

There are some games in there that, unfortunately, you just can’t play as a British player. I found that annoying. When you have just found a nice game, you can’t play it. This could have been a bit clearer, but anyway, that is my opinion. I also see casinos that filter these games out, which sometimes saves you a disappointment. For the rest, they offer a decent selection at Trixino Casino.

Mobile App

Trixino does not provide a mobile application you can download, but there is a mobile-responsive website that immediately resizes to all standard devices. You can run the mobile version on an iPhone or an Android phone in the browser, so it will take no space on your mobile.

We checked all of the functions available on desktop on the mobile interface, and we found that they are all present. You are allowed to carry out the funding of your account, activating bonuses, join live lobbies or play any slot without limitations. Loading speeds and menu options have also been optimised for a touch screen experience so it is very simple to operate.

Whenever you have a reliable internet, your access to everything provided at Trixino will be ensured from anywhere you go. Most users will agree that the convenience provided by the browser version of the casino is so extensive that they probably will not miss having a dedicated app at all.

Payment Methods

Of course, at the start of this Trixino Casino review I wrote about the mega welcome bonuses and the caveat I had to add straight away. Because those gigantic welcome bonuses do not seem to be meant for British gamblers. We have a deposit limit of 1,000 euros if you want to deposit with your British bank account… You can deposit from 20 euros with the instant bank transfer or a credit card. But the maximum for both is €1,000. So you can fortunately score the standard welcome bonus for the casino but not quite all of it. And I don’t understand how they came up with that for the high roller bonus, because with a limit of a thousand euros you won’t get far, of course…

And whereas at most gambling sites you can deposit with crypto without a limit that is not the case here at Trixino Casino… The same limits as for bank deposits and credit cards apply to crypto. Well, that really knocked me for six, because I have never seen that at a crypto casino, a deposit limit of a measly grand! I have to say that Trixino Casino really scores negative points with me here. They are so geared towards Brits and then can’t even apply normal limits… Because with a Trixino Casino payout, things don’t get much better either…

You can cash out at Trixino Casino from 50 euros, which is considerably higher than the minimum deposit. Even higher than I see on average at offshore gambling sites. I have to tell you straight away: you need to take the limits on a Trixino Casino payout seriously! The limits are linked to your VIP level and every new player starts out as a little cub. Well, then you may only withdraw 500 euros per day, which is a decent limit in itself. But then comes the catch: you are allowed a grand total of 2,000 euros paid out per month. Well, if you have just won a nice bit, you will run into this very quickly.

The big advantage, though, is that you move up to the next VIP level relatively quickly and then also get higher payout limits. As soon as you reach level 2, the daily limit immediately doubles, so €1,000. The monthly limit is also raised a bit, to 3,000 euros. Unfortunately, the downside of the deposit limits remains, because they don’t grow along with it… Well, I just hope it is a start-up hiccup or something and that more normal limits will come in time.

Is Trixino Casino Trustworthy? I Understand the Doubts

I have to admit that I had my doubts too when writing the Trixino Casino review. After some research, I discovered that the casino is based in Anjouan. The owner behind the site hold an Anjouan casino licence. But the site really does seem to be still in development…

When I contacted Trixino Casino with a number of questions, I was greeted in a friendly way straight away. This also happened almost instantly, and by a real member of staff. Other online casinos could certainly learn from that. Some casinos have a worse set-up for customer service. I still miss a Trixino Casino Trustpilot page, but that will be a matter of time. Once the site has been live a little longer, you will simply see the Trustpilot page too.

At the same time, those limits for depositing and withdrawing are bothering me. They are really low and not really how the rest of the online casino world has arranged things for us as British gamblers. I have not made a withdrawal myself yet either, because my account verification is still in progress. As soon as that is complete and I can cash out for the first time, I will give you a quick update on how it went.

Contacting Trixino Casino Customer Service

Do you still have questions about Trixino Casino? Then it is nice if customer service can be reached. I saw a live chat button in the menu. Within a minute I was talking to Ben. To my surprise, Ben is not a chatbot but a real member of staff, though sometimes he is not very sharp. I sometimes had to explain my questions three times before he understood me. I’d guess English is not his first language. But Ben helped me kindly and quickly, which is a plus. This also helps with the trustworthiness of Trixino Casino. I just couldn’t find a support email address, so you really have to make do with the chat.

Conclusion for Now: Yes, Trixino Casino Is Trustworthy

All in all, there are some pros and cons when it comes to how trustworthy Trixino Casino is. On the one hand, they do their best, neatly, with the Anjouan casino licence. On the other hand, they do apply really low limits, and I have been waiting 3 days for my account verification by now. I was also pleasantly surprised to speak to a member of staff in the chat straight away, but at the same time a little disappointed, because the agent did not seem to have quite mastered English. In short, I understand the doubts and have them myself too. So far I find Trixino Casino trustworthy, but that may be different next week… I will keep you posted!

Trixino Casino still has work to do

I have to admit that, while I was writing my Trixino Casino review, the site simply still didn’t seem to be quite finished. To begin with, the main language is English, with the occasional bit of another language in between. Besides that, I couldn’t find some things, but fortunately the live chat helped me quickly with questions. This is good to have up your sleeve, because that way you know someone is there when you run into a problem.

Trixino Casino UK also has a small game selection and awkward rules around bonuses. For example, you can’t wager every bonus on all slots and sometimes have to make do with a slot you can’t play as a Brit. Ben from customer service was honest about this when I asked him about it. But if you really want to be successful with your casino, then I think you have to tackle problems like this.

Add to that the limits for both depositing and withdrawing, and that makes me only moderately enthusiastic about Trixino Casino. In itself it is well put together and it is clear that there are many rules. But having to search 3 times to find, for example, those payment limits properly does not give me a good feeling. Finally, you also can’t gamble there directly, only via my link. I would say: do you enjoy a little flutter of up to a hundred a month? Then Trixino Casino can really suit you well. But if you want a clear story, clear (generous) limits or have a bit more spending money, then I would look further. In the meantime, I hope they improve the Trixino Casino site a bit more, in any case.
